Lawyer Pham Hoai Nam is the Founder and CEO of Ben Nghe – Saigon Law Firm (BNSG Law). He possesses extensive expertise in corporate legal advisory services and litigation, particularly in economic criminal cases and commercial arbitration disputes.

Throughout his career, Lawyer Nam has provided legal counsel to numerous major enterprises in Vietnam and has served as a personal lawyer for CEOs of banks, corporate executives, and financial investment funds engaged in real estate and securities transactions.

Beyond his legal practice, Lawyer Nam is a frequent legal commentator and expert, participating in television talk shows and interviews on networks such as VTV, HTV, ANTV, the National Assembly Television, and the Legal Television Channel under the Ministry of Justice. • Successfully represented STD&T Company in Ho Chi Minh City in an economic contract dispute against Song Hong Vietnam General Corporation before the competent court in 2012.
• Acted as defense counsel for Trinh Thi Hong Phuong, Deputy General Director of Phuong Nam Seafood Company, in the major banking case involving Mekong Delta Banks in 2015.
• Defended Vo Van Minh in the widely publicized case regarding the sale of a Number One soft drink bottle for VND 500 million to Tan Hiep Phat Company in 2017.
• Acted as defense counsel for Hoang Đinh Quyet, Director of Saigon Branch of Construction Bank, in the Pham Cong Danh financial fraud case in 2017.
• Defended Nguyen Minh Nhan, Deputy General Director of Tay Nam Company – Military Zone 7, in the high-profile fuel counterfeiting and fraudulent business practices case at Lung Lo Construction Corporation in 2018.
• Successfully represented Huy Nhat, CEO of Mon Hue Restaurant, in a dispute with a foreign investment fund before the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Court and the Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security in 2020.
• Acted as defense counsel for Tran Anh Khoa in the Thu Duc House case, investigated by the Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People’s Procuracy, in 2022.

• Provided investment consultancy for the Rang Đong Plastic Factory project in Tan Đo Industrial Park, Long An, with an investment capital of USD 32 million (2016).
• Advised on the investment and construction of the high-quality agricultural project for Mebifarm Joint Stock Company, covering 72 hectares in Binh Thuan, with an investment capital of VND 100 billion (2017).
• Advised on the Cuu Long Automobile Factory project, with an investment of VND 350 billion over 20 hectares (2018).
• Provided legal consultancy for the AVP Wood Pellet Factory project in Đong Nai, with an investment of VND 70 billion (2018).
