Patent & Utility solution registration

A patent is a technical solution in the form of a product or process aimed at solving a specific problem by applying natural laws. Patent protection is granted in two primary forms:

• Invention Patent (Patent for Invention) – granted if the invention meets the following conditions: novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability.
• Utility Solution Patent (Patent for Utility Model) – granted if the invention is not common knowledge and meets the conditions of novelty and industrial applicability.

According to Intellectual Property Law, not all technological fields are eligible for patent protection. For example, scientific discoveries, mathematical methods, computer programs, methods of presenting information, and diagnostic, preventive, and treatment methods for humans and animals are not eligible for patent protection.
